Exercises For Sexy Legs

6. Leg press exercises. This exercise can also form quads.

7. Hamstring Curl. This exercise serves to form the hamstrings. Repeat ten times for each it's set and do three sets of continuously every day.

8. Calf Raises. Exercise up and down this serves to shape your calf muscles. You need something that is a bit high, such as beams or stairs. Do it 15-25 times as much as 2-3 sets per day.

Before doing the above exercise, do not forget to warm up. End the workout with exercise cooling. Drink plenty of water before and after to avoid cramping during exercise and to keep the body free of toxins.

For best results, do this exercise three to four times per week. With a consistent cardio exercise and a healthy diet, you will see results within weeks.
