Elderly Must Maintain Ideal Weight

Diponegoro University nutrition expert, Prof. Dr. Siti Fatimah Muis, said the elderly (seniors) have to maintain ideal body weight that is not too fat or skinny.

"This can be done by keeping your diet, because senior citizens can not equate his situation with a younger age," he said after the gathering Circle Adiyuswa themed "Make Elderly Nutrition" in Hyderabad, recently.

According to Fatimah, who is also member of the Society of Adiyuswa, diseases that haunt the elderly include hypertension, stroke, osteoporosis, cancer, diabetes, cancer, to heart failure. However, he emphasized that the elderly do not have to worry about these diseases. Therefore, lifestyle by eating nutritious foods with a balanced diet, and exercise can prevent disease

He advised the elderly to eat lots of fruits, such as oranges, guava, guava, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, and papaya, as well as vegetables such as broccoli, tomatoes, squash, and carrots. Headache is a common disease. Although relatively mild disease, illness will

If a sudden headache, you may be wondering, what is the cause? Nothing to do with the schedule of drinking tea or coffee will be missed. But because you are tightening your teeth too hard or suck and make a stiff lip.

Here are a few ways that will you avoid the headaches.

1. Do not let your teeth pressed together with each other, unless you're eating or chewing something. When your lips closed, keep the teeth do not push each other.
