Consumption Mango Joint skin Can Reduce Fat

Eating mangoes with the skin it can help reduce fat deposits in the body. Researchers from the University of Queensland, Australia, providing good news for mango lovers.

"However, not all types of mangoes can be consumed with the skin," the researchers said eperti Zeenews reported recently. Mike Gidley study was conducted in a laboratory test, to expose human fat cells with extracts from the skin and flesh of the three varieties of mango. The results were a way to create a supplement that can help fight obesity.
