Tips to Avoid Headaches

Headache is a common disease. Although relatively mild disease, illness will

makes you distraught face.

If a sudden headache, you may be wondering, what is the cause? Nothing to do with the schedule of drinking tea or coffee will be missed. But because you are tightening your teeth too hard or suck and make a stiff lip.

Here are a few ways that will you avoid the headaches.

1. Do not let your teeth pressed together with each other, unless you're eating or chewing something. When your lips closed, keep the teeth do not push each other.

2.Terus move your mouth, either spinning or open big. You may hear a sound when doing the movement, but it is normal. It may be painful in the beginning, but not to worry. The voices and the pain will stop over time.

3.If you have a habit of frowning, stop doing it now. Perhaps the activity is one reason why you often feel headache. The muscles become tense and make the head come tensed nerves.

4. Try massaging the painful area to be slightly reduced. Look for treatments that can relax tense muscles and provide more permanent relief for you.

5. Sports. Nothing can replace sport as a panacea. Exercising is suppose to solve the most common health problems and is very good for your health. When you start doing exercise regularly, your headache will gradually recover.

6. Drinking water. Sometimes the headaches caused by the body is dehydrated. But do not drink too much water, it can also cause excessive anxiety. As a result of the melting body nutrients.

When you have a headache all of a sudden again, try to follow the tips above. Hopefully this way can help to ease your pain.
